Eat your greens
Sometimes all it takes is some love and finesse with your food. Baby broccoli fresh from the farm, blanched ever so quickly then refreshed. The crunch and sweetness is incredible. Toss some shiitake mushrooms in the wok for a flash. A dash of sesame oil. A sprinkle of pepper. Some soysauce. There you have it. Brimming with nutrients, visually appealing and ever so satisfying.
